摘要
乡村学校文化建设作为乡村振兴的重要构成,承担着在乡村生活中对学生进行文化培根的重要使命。作为一种整体性的文化营造,乡村学校文化建设需要跟理想的乡村社会建设联系起来,一方面传承农耕文明积累的优秀传统文化,形成有效的文化记忆;另一方面需要结合新时代城乡一体化发展趋势,创造一种新时代的乡村文化。长期以来,囿于知识教学的固化和城市文化的强势,乡村学校的文化建设出现了边缘化、脱嵌化和外在化的倾向。走进新时代,乡村学校文化建设是实现学校内涵建设的必然选择,需要在理念上注重文化建设的整体性;植根理想的乡村生活,注重城乡文化间的融合;注重师生文化建设的主体性身份,提升其文化自觉。
As an important component of rural revitalization, the cultural construction of rural schools undertakes the important mission of providing cultural bacon to students in rural life. As an integral cultural construction, the construction of rural school culture needs to be organically linked with the ideal rural society. On the one hand, it inherits the traditional culture of farming civilization preserved by the rural society and forms an effective cultural memory. On the other hand, it is necessary to create a new rural culture according to the process of urban-rural integration in the new era. For a long time, due to the solidification of knowledge teaching and the strength of urban culture, the cultural construction of rural schools has appeared the tendency of marginalization, surface layer and externalization. The construction of school culture in the new era needs to pay attention to the integrity of culture in concept;Rooted in the ideal rural life, focus on the integration of urban and rural culture;Pay attention to the subjectivity of cultural construction of teachers and students and enhance their cultural consciousness.
