摘要
培养适应产业转型升级的高素质应用型人才是新工科教育服务经济发展的必然要求。在分析机器人工程专业人才核心能力构成要素的基础上,指出了当前高校教育与产业对人才能力需求间的偏差,并从人才培养方案制定、理论课程体系构建以及实践教学项目开发等环节入手,探讨了利用产业优势突破传统模式的产教融合实现途径,以期改善机器人工程专业人才培养的产业适应性问题。
Cultivating high-quality applied talents to adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading is an inevitable requirement for the New Engineering education to serve economic development.This paper expounds the deviation between the current university education and the industry's demand for talents'ability on the basis of the analysis of the core competencies of Robotics Engineering major.The establishment of talent cultivation program,the construction of theoretical curriculum system and the development of practical teaching projects are discussed to explore the paths to realize the integration of industry and education by taking advantage of industry and breaking the reliance on traditional models,in order to improve the industrial adaptability of Robotics Engineering major talents cultivation.
