摘要
对基于500 MPa钢筋的高强套筒灌浆连接各主要影响因素进行总结,并详细分析其受力原理。设计17个考虑套筒厚度、锚固长度、环肋数量和灌浆料强度的分析模型,并采用校正的有限元法进行详细分析。结果表明:基于已有的Ⅰ级接头强度理论、钢筋与灌浆料黏结理论所得套筒厚度和锚固长度值均偏小,建议分别取4 mm和7d;增大环肋数量可提高套筒与灌浆料间的黏结作用和减小两者间的滑移,但考虑加工难度建议取8~16个;增大灌浆料强度可提高连接的强度和减小其塑性变形,以及明显减小灌浆料的损伤,设计时建议取120 MPa。
In this paper, a new type of high strength sleeve grouting connection was developed based on 500 MPa reinforcement, and the main influencing factors and mechanical principle were summarized and analyzed in detail.Seventeen models were designed considering the sleeve thickness, anchorage length, ring number, and grouting material strength, and the mechanical properties were studied by the corrected finite element analysis method.The results showed that the Ⅰ level existing strength theory, and bonding theory between reinforcement and grouting material of sleeve grouting connection were a little conservative, the values of 4 mm and 7d were suggested.Moreover, with the ring number increasing, the bonding force between sleeve and grouting material increased, while the slip value decreased, and the ring number was suggested to be 8-16 to consider the effect of complex machining.In addition, after increasing the strength of grouting material, the strength of high strength sleeve grouting connection can be effectively improved, and the plastic deformation of the connection and damage of grouting material will be decreased, so the 120 MPa of grouting material was the most effective.
