摘要
西安地铁5号线跨越新西宝高速公路的铁路桥梁,采用挂篮施工的连续刚构。根据现场实际情况,悬臂段浇筑以往采用2台天泵平衡浇筑或采用地泵配三通泵管输送混凝土的方式浇筑,而本工程采用天泵配合传送带输送混凝土浇筑悬臂段的施工方法,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The railway bridge of Xi’an Metro Line 5 upper-spanning the New Xi’an-Baoji Expressway adopts the continuous rigid frame with cradle construction. Grouting cantilever segment is operated with two pump trucks or ground pump equipped with tri-branch pump pipes based on the actual situation on site in the past, while, the new construction method of combining pump trucks with conveyor belts to convey concrete and grout cantilever segment is used in this project, achieving good economic and social benefits.
