增强型体外反搏联合有氧运动对冠心病患者运动耐量及焦虑抑郁状态的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combined with Aerobic Exercise on Exercise Tolerance and Anxiety-Depression in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 目的探讨增强型体外反搏治疗(enhanced external counterpulsation,EECP)联合有氧运动对冠心病患者运动耐量和焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法150例冠心病患采用随机数字表法分为联合治疗组(EECP+有氧运动+药物治疗)、有氧运动组(有氧运动+药物治疗)及对照组(单纯药物治疗)各50例,对比治疗前后患者峰值摄氧量(peak oxygen uptake,peak VO2)、峰值氧脉搏(peak oxygen pulse,peak O2pulse)、无氧阈(anaerobic threshold,AT)、峰值代谢当量(peak metabolic equivalent,peak MET)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果治疗前各组运动耐量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,联合治疗组和有氧运动组运动耐量高于治疗前(P<0.05),联合治疗组高于有氧运动组、对照组(P<0.001);各组患者SAS、SDS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合治疗组评分低于有氧运动组、对照组(P<0.001)。结论EECP联合有氧运动对冠心病患者运动耐量及焦虑、抑郁状态改善具有积极意义。 Objective To study the effects of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)combined with aerobic exercise on exercise tolerance and anxiety-depression status in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods A total of 150 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were divided into combined treatment group(EECP+aerobic exercise+drug therapy),aerobic exercise group(aerobic exercise+drug therapy),and control group(drug therapy alone)according to the random number table method.The peak oxygen uptake(peak VO2),peak oxygen pulse(peak O2pulse),anaerobic threshold(AT),peak metabolic equivalent(peak MET),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in exercise tolerance among groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one month’s treatment,in combined treatment group and aerobic exercise group,patients’exercise tolerance index was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the magnitude of change in exercise tolerance in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in both the aerobic exercise group and the control group(P<0.001);SAS and SDS scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the aerobic exercise group and the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation combined with aerobic exercise can improve exercise tolerance and anxiety-depression in patients with coronary artery disease.
