摘要 为了解决矿井坚硬顶板难垮难落问题,利用数值模拟软件对定向水力压裂进行研究。首先分析不同钻孔形态及尺寸钻孔下的岩石裂缝扩展形态,最终确定在高径比为1∶4时的菱形预裂缝下岩石起裂效果最佳;同时分析钻孔内部压力随时间变化趋势,发现随着注液时间的增加,钻孔内部压力呈现出先增大后减小再平稳的趋势;最后分析不用预裂角下裂缝扩展,确定最佳预裂角为15°该研究结果可为后续水力压力参数设定提供参考。 In order to solve the problem that the hard roof of the mine is difficult to collapse and fall,the directional hydraulic fracturing is studied by using the numerical simulation software.First,the rock fracture propagation patterns under different drill hole shapes and sizes are analyzed,and finally the rock crack initiation effect is best under the diamond pre crack when the height diameter ratio is 1:4.At the same time,the change trend of the internal pressure of the borehole with time was analyzed.It was found that with the increase of the injection time,the internal pressure of the borehole increased first,then decreased,and then stabilized.Finally,the crack propagation without pre splitting angle is analyzed,and the optimal pre splitting angle is determined to be 15°.This research results provides a reference for the subsequent hydraulic pressure parameter setting.
