Construction Scheme and Support Technology of Withdrawal Passage in Working Face Under Complex Conditions

摘要 为了加快回撤通道施工速度,降低构造对通道围岩影响,对22307工作面回撤通道采用沿液压支架前梁掘进施工的方案,并采取“柔性纤维网+锚索钢带+L型梯形棚”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:沿液压支架前梁掘进机施工回撤通道,减少了顶板空顶面积,缩短了顶板支护时间。 In order to speed up the construction speed of the withdrawal channel and reduce the influence of the structure on the surrounding rock of the channel,the scheme of driving along the front beam of the hydraulic support is adopted for the withdrawal channel of the 22307 working face,and the combined support technology of"flexible fiber mesh+anchor cable steel belt+L-shaped trapezoidal shed"is adopted.The practical application results show that the construction of the withdrawal channel along the front beam of the hydraulic support reduces the roof empty roof area and shortens the roof support time.
