摘要
建设工程造价预结算审核作为重要的工程项目基础工作,在实施的过程中由于多方面因素交杂,容易出现预结算审核的问题。该问题虽然不足以全面影响工程的建设进度、质量,但也需要投入足够的认识和关注,以有效的对策进行优化控制。基于此,分析建设工程造价预结算审核的问题并提出解决对策。
Construction project cost pre settlement audit as an important project foundation work,in the process of imple-mentation based on various factors mixed,easy to appear some pre settlement audit work problems,although the occur-rence of work problems is not enough to fully afect the construction of the project progress,quality,but also need to in-vest enough understanding and attention,in order to optimize the control of effective countermeasures.Based on this,this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of construction project cost pre setlement audit.
