基于瓦斯浓度的薄煤层采煤机截割速度控制研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对高瓦斯薄煤层工作面开采过程中采煤机自动截割因瓦斯浓度超限造成频繁停机,从而导致智能化设备开采效率低的问题,通过研究之间的相互关系截割滚筒附近及上隅角处的瓦斯浓度变化与割煤速度、采煤机与上隅角的距离之间的相互关系,提出基于瓦斯浓度的采煤机截割速度控制策略。工业性试验表明:该方法能够有效控制高瓦斯矿井自动化开采过程中的瓦斯控制难题。 In the mining process of high gassy thin coal seam working face,the automatic cutting of shearer causes frequent shutdown due to the gas concentration exceeding the limit,which leads to the low mining efficiency of intelligent equipment.By studying the relationship of the gas concentration near the cutting drum and at the upper corner and the cutting speed,the distance between the shearer and the upper corner.Based on this,the control strategy of the cutting speed of the shearer based on the gas concentration in the intelligent mining technology is proposed.Industrial tests showed that this method could effectively control the gas control problems in the process of automatic mining in high gassy mines.
