摘要
地铁车辆轮对有着严格的尺寸要求,廓形名义滚动圆位置是轮对廓形尺寸的基准点,因此廓形名义滚动圆位置尤为重要。目前实测廓形多采用激光测量,所测得的廓形并无精确的名义滚动圆位置。本文针对实测廓形数据这一缺陷提出了一种地铁车辆轮对实测廓形名义滚动圆修正方法,该方法能够实现名义滚动圆的精确定位,保证实测廓形数据的可靠性。
The wheelset of subway vehicles has strict size requirements, and the position of the nominal rolling circle of the profile is the reference point of the size of the wheelset profile, so the position of the nominal rolling circle of the profile is particularly important. At present, most of the measured profiles are measured by laser, and there is no precise nominal rolling circle position for the measured profiles. Aiming at the defect of the measured profile data, this paper proposes a correction method for the nominal rolling circle of the measured profile of subway vehicles, which can realize the accurate positioning of the nominal rolling circle and ensure the reliability of the measured profile data.
