摘要
研发了超高温真空(气氛)环境材料力学性能试验装置,实现了2500℃超高温真空可充气环境中金属材料及复合材料的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切力学性能测试。该试验装置可为我国航空航天、核工业、石油化工等领域评价金属材料及复合材料在不同温度(1200℃~2500℃)、真空环境或充气环境下的力学性能提供有力技术支撑,为新材料的应用提供全面的力学性能试验数据。
An ultra-high temperature vacuum(atmosphere)environment testing device of materials′mechanical properties is developed,and the tensile,compression,bending and shear properties of metallic materials and composite materials in the ultra-high temperature vacuum and inflatable environment at 2500℃are realized.The testing device can provide strong technical support for evaluating the mechanical properties of metallic materials and composite materials at different temperatures(1200℃-2500℃),vacuum environment or gas-filled environment in the fields of aerospace,nuclear industry,petrochemical and other fields in our country,and provide comprehensive mechanical property testing data for the application of new materials.
