The quality stipulation in high-quality development of vocational education

摘要 职业教育高质量发展是对职业教育发展适应新时代经济社会战略需求状态的基本价值判断,表现为坚持人才培养的高素质目标、优化职业教育的类型定位以及实行多主体协同办学,它们集中体现了职业教育发展遵循教育、经济和管理规律的有序状态,成为评价职业教育发展状况的基本标准。坚持人才培养的高素质目标要求坚守立德树人,培养有情怀的工匠,制定德技并修的质量标准;优化职业教育的类型定位要求传承崇尚实践的精神,满足市场对技术技能人才的需求,着力建设技能型社会;实行多主体协同办学要求职业教育运行需有多元主体努力,通过产教深度融合、校企合作实现多主体协同共事、合作共赢基础上的发展。 The high-quality development of vocational education is a basic value judgment for the development of vocational education to adapt to the strategic needs of the economy and society in the new era, which is embodied in adhering to the high-quality goal of talent training, optimizing the type orientation of vocational education and implementing multi-subject cooperative education. The orderly state of education, economics and management laws has become the basic standard for evaluating the development of vocational education. The high-quality goal of talent training requires adhering to morality and cultivating craftsmen with feelings, and combining morality and skills as quality standards;optimizing the type orientation of vocational education requires vocational education to strengthen the spiritual inheritance of advocating practice and meet the needs of the market for technical skills, focusing on the construction of a skill-based society;multi-subject cooperation in running school requires the efforts from multiple subjects to operate vocational education to achieve multi-subject collaborative work and development on the basis of win-win cooperation through the deep integration of industry and university.
