摘要
目的 评价无托槽隐形矫治器对转矩的控制及表达效率。方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方、维普等数据库,依照纳入与排除标准选择研究文献,应用Meta分析RevMan5.3软件对纳入的各研究原始数据进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入7篇文献,Meta分析结果显示:前牙虚拟转矩变化量与实际转矩变化量有显著性差异(P<0.05),转矩表达效率在50%上下。后牙转矩控制较固定矫治器欠佳(WMD=-1.67,95%CI=-2.60~0.74, P=0.0004)。结论 无托槽隐形矫治器转矩表达效率有待提高。
Objective To evaluate the torque efficiency of clear aligners. Methods Pub Med, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wan Fang and VIP databases were retrieved. The literature was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. RevMan5.3 was used to perform Meta-analysis on the original data of each included study. Results Totally 7 studies were obtained. The results showed that as for anterior teeth, there was significant difference between virtual and actual torque(P< 0.05). The efficiency fluctuated around 50%. The fixed appliances was better when controlling posterior teeth torque(WMD=-1.67, 95%CI=-2.60-0.74, P= 0.0004). Conclusions The torque accuracy of clear aligners needs to be improved.
