Effect of dryland corn-Lablab purpureus intercropping with different levels of nitrogen application on yield,mixed storage nutrition and emergy index

摘要 试验旨在研究不同水平施氮量的旱地玉米-拉巴豆间作栽培对青贮饲料品质的影响。试验采用单因素设计,玉米和拉巴豆随机区组设计,设5个处理,分别为T0组(无肥)、T1组(纯氮5 kg)、T2组(纯氮10 kg)、T3组(纯氮15 kg)、T4组(纯氮20 kg),每个处理设3个重复,共15个小区。结果显示:与T0组相比,各试验组混贮饲料的粗蛋白(CP)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),淀粉含量均显著升高(P<0.05);T2组混贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与T0组相比,T2、T4组混贮饲料的维持净能均显著提高(P<0.05);T2、T4组混贮饲料的泌乳净能显著高于T1、T3组(P<0.05);T2组混贮饲料的增重净能显著高于T0、T1、T3组(P<0.05)。研究表明,纯氮10 kg的施氮水平可作为间作体系的优势水平,在减少化肥使用量的同时,提高混贮饲料的青贮品质。 The experiment was to study the effect of different levels of nitrogen application on the quality of silage under intercropping of corn and Lablab purpureus in dryland.Single factor design and randomized block design for corn and Lablab purpureus were used in experiment.Five treatments were set up,including T0 group(no fertilizer),T1 group(5 kg pure nitrogen),T2 group(10 kg pure nitrogen),T3 group(15 kg pure nitrogen),and T4 group(20 kg pure nitrogen).Each treatment was set with three replicates,and a total of 15 plots.The results showed that compared with T0 group,the content of CP and starch in each experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of NDF in T2 group decreased significantly(P<0.05),CP content in T2 group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Compared with T0 group,net energy maintenance in T2 group and T4 group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The content of prolactin in T2 group and T4 group was significantly higher than that in T1 group and T3 group(P<0.05).The net energy gain of T2 group was significantly higher than that of T0 group,T1 group and T3 group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the nitrogen application level of 10 kg pure nitrogen can be used as the superior level of the intercropping system,reduce the use of chemical fertilizers,improve the silage quality of mixed fodder.
