摘要
目的探析肺力咳合剂联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法以青岛市城阳区人民医院2019年10月至2022年4月收治的122例支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=61)给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,观察组(n=61)在对照组基础上加以肺力咳合剂治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后各项炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05),但组间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗小儿急性支气管炎效果显著,具有安全可靠优势。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Feilike Mixture combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 122 children with bronchitis admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from October 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and grouped according to random number table method.The control group(n=61)was treated with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium,and the observation group(n=61)was treated with Feilike Mixture on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of various inflammatory factors after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).but there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Feilike Mixture combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium has significant effect in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children,and has the advantages of safety and reliability.
