摘要
目的探讨复合艾司氯胺酮与罗哌卡因在锁骨骨折手术麻醉中的应用效果与安全性。方法选择2020年2月至2022年2月我院收治的68例锁骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各34例。对照组手术治疗时予以罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组予以复合艾司氯胺酮与罗哌卡因麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果、术后疼痛程度及麻醉期间不良反应情况。结果观察组感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞起效时间均短于对照组,感觉阻滞维持时间、运动阻滞维持时间均长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 h、12 h、24 h,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者麻醉期间不良事件发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复合艾司氯胺酮与罗哌卡因在锁骨骨折手术麻醉中的应用效果较好,可缓解患者的疼痛,降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective To explore the application effect and safety of compound esmketamine and ropivacaine in the anesthesia of clavicle fracture surgery.Methods 68 patients with clavicle fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given ropivacaine for anesthesia during surgery,and the observation group was given compound esmketamine and ropivacaine for anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,postoperative pain degree and adverse reactions during anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of sensory block and motor block in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the maintenance time of sensory block and motor block were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compound esmketamine and ropivacaine in the anesthesia of clavicle fracture surgery has better application effect,which can alleviate the pain and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
