The Practice of Energy Measurement at LNG Accepting Station

摘要 针对国内LNG接收站采用15℃、101.325 kPa接卸船能量计量与采用20℃、101.325 kPa能量计量外输工况不统一的问题,通过质量热值Hmi、摩尔质量Mi、校正因子k1、k2及摩尔体积vi取值的优化,计算了Hmi、Mi、k1、k2、vi在不同取值的对比结果,国内首次确定了20℃、101.325 kPa接卸船能量计量,统一了LNG接收站20℃、101.325 kPa进、出站的能量计量工况。通过北海LNG接收站实施能量计量一周年的实践得出了:LNG接收站20℃、101.325 kPa接卸船能量计量,校正因子k1、k2及摩尔体积vi的取值温度间隔2℃;LNG接收站20℃、101.325 kPa接卸计量卸货质量大于15℃、101.325 kPa接卸计量。北海LNG接收站20℃、101.325 kPa接卸计量的制定,填补了国内LNG接收站20℃、101.325 kPa接卸船能量计量的空白,为国内其他LNG接收站能量计量的建设提供了依据。 With regard to the problem that outward transportation working conditions are not unified when domestic LNG station adopt energy unload ship measurement with 15℃、101.325 kPa and with 20℃、101.325 kPa.Through the optimization of selecting values about the mass calorific value Hmi,the relative molecular weightM i,the correction factors k1,k2,and the molar volume vi,the paper cal⁃culates contrastive results at different reading values of Hmi、M i、k1、k2、vi,and firstly determines energy unload ship measurement with 20℃、101.325 kPa at home,and unifies energy measurement working conditions when the ship entering and exiting stations of LNG with 20℃、101.325 kPa.From one year of practice about energy measurement at Beihai LNG accepting stations,the energy measure⁃ment of unload ship with 20℃、101.325 kPa is gotten at LNG station,and the values of correction factors k1,k2,and the molar volume vi,are selected by the temperature interval of 2℃;at LNG,unloading quality of accepting and unloading measurement of ship with 20℃、101.325 kPa is larger than that of accepting and unloading measurement of ship with 15℃、101.325 kPa.The establishment of loading and unloading measurement of ship with 20℃、101.325 kPa at LNG station has filled in a gap of energy measurement of load⁃ing and unloading ship with 20℃、101.325 kPa at domestic LNG stations,and also provides basis for the construction of energy mea⁃surement at other LNG accepting stations.
