摘要
目的构建经颈静脉肝内门体分流术后智能化远程随访系统并评价其应用效果。方法组建研究团队,构建经颈静脉肝内门体分流术后智能化远程随访系统,对2019年12月1日至2020年9月30日104例经颈静脉肝内门体分流术后患者(试验组)进行智能化远程随访,并与2019年2月1日至2019年11月30日电话随访的100例患者(对照组)进行前后对比分析。结果试验组术后1年内肝性脑病发生率14.42%,显著低于对照组26.00%(P<0.05),肝性脑病严重程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组经颈静脉肝内门体分流术健康管理主要知识知晓率(85.58%)、术后再入院率(6.73%)、门诊复诊率(82.69%)均显著优于对照组的71.00%、16.00%、70.00%(P<0.05)。结论智能化远程随访系统的应用可提升经颈静脉肝内门体分流术后患者健康管理质量,实现了信息反馈的及时性和有效性,有利于患者健康状态的维持,值得推广。
Objective To design an intelligent remote follow-up system for transjugular intrahepatic portal shunt and evaluate its application effect.Methods A research team was set up to build an intelligent remote follow-up system of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt.A total of 104 patients who underwent transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt from December 1st,2019 to September 30th,2020(experimental group)were followed up by intelligent remote follow-up,and 100 patients who were followed up by telephone from February 1st,2019 to November 30th,2019(control group)were compared before and after.Results The incidence of hepatic encephalopathy within one year after surgery in the experimental group was 14.42%,significantly lower than that in the control group 26.00%(P<0.05),and the severity of hepatic encephalopathy in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.01).The awareness rate of major knowledge of health management(85.58%vs 71.00%),the readmission rate(6.73%vs 16.00%),and the outpatient return visit rate(82.69%vs 70.00%)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent remote follow-up system of transjugular intrahepatic portal shunt can improve the quality of postoperative health management of patients,which is conducive to the maintenance of patients'health status,and realizes the timeliness and effectiveness of information feedback,thus worth promoting.
