摘要
防渗漏施工作为房建施工中的重要组成,科学、合理的施工设施,可增强建筑结构的基础防护性能,避免产生结构力缺失或内部裂缝的问题。当下,土建行业的迅猛发展下,多类别建筑结构、多元化建筑需求等,对基础结构设施产生更高需求,间接加大工程防渗漏施工技术的应用难度。针对此,文章分析房建施工中常见的渗漏部位及原因,探讨防渗漏施工技术在房建施工中的应用,并对加强防渗漏施工质量的管理措施进行研究。
Seepage prevention construction is an important component of building construction.Scientific and reasonable construction facilities can enhance the foundation protection performance of building structures and avoid the problems of structural force loss or internal cracks.At present,with the rapid development of the civil engineering industry,the demand for multi category building structures and diversified buildings has generated higher demand for infrastructure facilities,which indirectly increases the application difficulty of engineering seepage prevention construction technology.In view of this,the article analyzes the common leakage parts and causes in the building construction,discusses the application of seepage prevention construction technology in the building construction,and studies the management measures to strengthen the quality of seepage prevention construction.
