摘要
针对车辆用高功率密度液力变矩器,构建了液力变矩器的基于CFD的叶栅系统三维设计方法、低流动损失精细设计流程,基于两相流动的性能精确预测方法以及其与发动机的动态匹配方法及评价体系,研制了系列化高功率密度高效率液力变矩器产品,在车辆及工程机械领域得到了广泛应用.
The research about high power-density torque converter was carried out.the three dimensional cascade modelling method was established based on CFD.The detailed design procedure with small loss was developed,and a precise performance prediction method based on two-phase flow was also proposed.In addition,a dynamic matching method and evaluation system of engine and torque is designed.Finally,a series of high power-density and high efficiency torque converters were manufactured,which have been widely used in the field of vehicles and construction machinery.
