孤岛工作面掘进围岩变形观测与规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 下沟矿位于彬长矿区,地质构造简单,ZF303工作面为矿井403采区的最后一套工作面,其煤层倾角10°~28°,倾向西北,由开口处到切眼倾角逐渐变小。ZF303工作面运输顺槽北邻ZF304待采工作面,回风顺槽南邻ZF302工作面采空区,为孤岛工作面,受邻近ZF304工作面、 ZF302采空区影响较大。为研究ZF303工作面两顺槽掘进期间受相邻的ZF302及ZF304工作面采空区的影响规律,在两顺槽用十字观测法进行巷道变形观测,整理观测数据并分析ZF303工作面受采动及采空区影响规律,推测ZF303后期掘进过程中的变形影响范围及程度,为工作面巷道的围岩变形防治及支护参数更改提供依据。研究具有较强的借鉴意义,为下沟煤矿相似地质构造条件下的其他工作面开采及巷道支护参数设计编制提供了参考依据。 Xiagou Coal Mine is located in Binchang mining area, the geological structure of which is simple. ZF303 working face is the last set of working face of mine 403 mining area, its coal seam dip angle is 10°-28°, inclined to northwest, and the inclination gradually becomes smaller from the opening to the cutting eye. The transportation tunnel of ZF303 working face is close to the ZF304 working face to be mined in the north, and the air return tunnel of ZF303 working face is adjacent to the goaf of ZF302 working face. The ZF303 working face is an isolated working face, and is greatly influenced by the ZF304 working face and the goaf of ZF302 working face near the working face. In order to study the regularity of the influence of the adjacent ZF302working face and the goaf of ZF302 working face during the excavation of two side tunnels in ZF303 working face, the cross observation method was used to observe the deformation of the roadways in the two side tunnels. Based on the observation data,this paper analyzed the influence rule of mining and goaf on ZF303 working face, and estimated the influence range and degree of ZF303 working face deformation in the later period of excavation to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of the deformation of the working face and the change of the support parameters. It is of strong reference significance, and provides a reference for other mining face and roadway support parameter design under similar geological structure conditions in Xiagou Coal Mine.
