摘要
为了给黄河流域经济高质量发展及有关研究提供参考,建立经济高质量发展评价指标体系,基于2005—2020年黄河流域9个省份的面板数据,分别对黄河流域经济高质量发展综合指数、科技创新能力、产业结构升级水平进行测度,构建中介效应模型与面板门限效应模型对三者的内在传导机制进行了研究。结果显示:2005—2020年黄河流域经济高质量发展综合指数由0.4017增大到0.6030,表明经济高质量发展水平呈上升趋势,且仍有较大上升空间;科技创新和产业结构升级均能促进黄河流域经济高质量发展,但目前科技创新和产业结构升级对黄河流域经济高质量发展的直接促进效应较小,主要原因是目前科技创新能力较低、产业结构不合理等;产业结构升级在科技创新对黄河流域经济高质量发展的作用过程中发挥部分中介作用,且具有单门限效应,即产业结构升级达到一定水平时科技创新对经济高质量发展的促进效应明显增强。建议:进一步增强科技创新能力,构建现代化产业体系,有效发挥科技创新与产业结构升级的内在联动作用。
In order to provide reference for high⁃quality economic development and related research in the Yellow River Basin, an evaluationindex system for high⁃quality economic development was established.Based on the panel data of 9 provinces in the Yellow River Basin from2005 to 2020, the comprehensive index of high⁃quality economic development, scientific and technological innovation ability, and industrialstructure upgrading level of the Yellow River Basin were measured, and the internal conduction mechanism of the three was studied by con⁃structing an intermediary effect model and a panel threshold effect model. The results show that from 2005 to 2020,the comprehensive indexof high⁃quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin increased from 0.401 7 to 0.603 0, indicating that the level of high⁃qualityeconomic development is on the rise, and there is still much room for improvement;scientific and technological innovation and industrialstructure upgrading can promote the high⁃quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin, but at present, the direct promotion effectof scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading on the high⁃quality economic development of the Yellow River Ba⁃sin is smaller, mainly due to the lower scientific and technological innovation capacity and unreasonable industrial structure. Industrial struc⁃ture upgrading plays a part⁃mediating role in the role of scientific and technological innovation in the high⁃quality economic development ofthe Yellow River Basin, and has a single threshold effect, that is, when the industrial structure upgrading reaches a certain level, the promo⁃tion effect of scientific and technological innovation on high⁃quality economic development is stronger. Suggestions: Further enhance the abili⁃ty of scientific and technological innovation, build a modern industrial system, and effectively use the intrinsic linkage between scientific andtechnological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.
