摘要
针对沿空掘巷顶板压力大、留设宽煤柱造成煤炭资源浪费严重问题,以漳村煤矿为工程背景,基于预裂爆破切顶卸压技术原理,提出切顶卸压窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术,在掘进过程中采用恒阻锚索补强支护,留设煤柱由原来的30 m缩小到6 m,巷道顶底板位移量为120 mm,两帮移近量为210 mm,达到了预期效果。
In view of the serious waste problem of coal resources caused by high roof pressure and wide coal pillar in roadway driving along goaf, taking Zhangcun Coal Mine as the engineering background, based on the technical principle of roof cutting and pressure relief by pre-splitting blasting, the technology of roof cutting and pressure relief driving roadway along goaf with narrow coal pillar is put forward. Constant resistance anchor cable reinforcement support is adopted in the process of driving, the coal pillar is reduced from 30 m to 6 m, the displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is 120 mm, and the displacement of the two sides is 210 mm. The expected results have been achieved.
