摘要
本文总结耳穴“三序”疗法治疗1例寻常型面部痤疮患者的护理经验,包括耳穴“三序”疗法(耳部按摩、耳部刮痧、耳穴贴压)操作方法以及健康宣教等。基于患者证型,选取针对性耳穴,通过耳穴刺激,能有效改善患者症状。
This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with acne vulgaris treated with the three-step auricular acupoint therapy.The operation method of the three-step auricular acupoint therapy,including auricular massage,auricular scraping therapy and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing,was summarized.The three-step auricular acupoint therapy based on the syndrome differentiation is effective to relieve the symptoms of acne vulgaris.
