双金属FeCo-MOF的制备及其对罗丹明B的吸附 被引量:4

摘要 以六水合三氯化铁、六水合硝酸钴为原料,对苯二甲酸为配体,通过搅拌在室温下制备了两种金属有机框架材料Fe-BDC和FeCo-BDC。以罗丹明B为目标污染物测试其吸附性能,研究了催化剂用量、罗丹明B初始质量浓度、溶液初始pH对材料吸附性能的影响。结果表明,Co(Ⅱ)的引入有效改善了Fe-BDC的吸附性能,0.1 g/L的FeCo_(1/3)-BDC对30 mg/L的罗丹明B脱色率达到了81.3%,而相同条件下Fe-BDC仅为49.8%。FeCo_(1/3)-BDC对罗丹明B的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型和准二级动力学模型,且五次循环吸附后性能无明显降低。 Two metal-organic framework materials Fe-BDC and FeCo-BDC are prepared by stirring at room temperature using ferric chloride hexahydrate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials and terephthalic acid as ligand.Rhodamine B is used as the target pollutant to test their adsorption performance.The effects of the catalyst concentration,the initial concentration of Rhodamine B and the initial pH of the solution on the adsorption performance of the materials are studied.The results show that Co(Ⅱ)can improve the adsorption performance of Fe-BDC effectively.The decolorization rate of 30 mg/L Rhodamine B with 0.1 g/L FeCo_(1/3)-BDC can reach 81.3%,while the decolorization rate of Rhodamine B by Fe-BDC is only 49.8%under the same conditions.The adsorption of FeCo_(1/3)-BDC to Rhodamine B conforms to Langmuir isotherm model and quasi-second order kinetic model,and the performance of FeCo_(1/3)-BDC after five cycles of adsorption is not significantly reduced.
