摘要
档案管理系统是专门为档案管理部门提供档案管理,实现档案数字的管理系统。目前,档案管理系统的使用基本普及,但是存在使用复杂、对档案操作人的技术水平要求较高等问题。因此,提出在档案管理系统引入一代人工智能技术光学字符识别(Optical Character Recognition,OCR)、自然语言处理(Natural Language Processing,NLP)等技术,提升档案管理系统的智能化水平,进而提升数字化操作人员的办公效率。通过档案数字流程改进,提出利用Web自动化工具来解决数字化操作人员的技术水平不足等问题。另外,通过智能化改进和Web自动化改进后的档案管理系统,能较大提升档案数字化操作员的办公效率,加快档案数字的进程。
The file management system is a management system that provides file management for the file management department and realizes the file number. At present, the use of the archives management system is basically universal, but there are still problems such as complex use and higher requirements for the technical level of the archive operators. It is proposed to introduce a generation of artificial intelligence technologies, such as Optical Character Recognition(OCR) and Natural Language Processing(NLP), into the archives management system to improve the intelligence level of the archives management system, thereby improving the office efficiency of digital operators. Through the improvement of the digital process of archives, it is proposed to use Web automation tools to solve the problems such as the lack of technical level of digital operators. The file management system improved through intelligent improvement and Web automation can greatly improve the office efficiency of the file digitizer and speed up the process of file digitization.
