摘要 针对传统系统进行造价估算时误差较大的问题,提出了基于动态模糊神经网络的工程造价估算系统设计。以包括工程量清单报表层、基础数据管理层、工程造价估算层共3层的系统总体为基础完成了系统软件设计。通过计算工程量、生成模糊规则库、检索模糊规则库及模型估算等步骤实现工程造价估算。测试结果表明,该系统估算误差为2.8%,设计系统可实现工程造价的高效、精准估算。 Aiming at the problem of large error in cost estimation of traditional system, the design of project cost estimation system based on dynamic fuzzy neural network is proposed. The overall system consists of three layers: bill of quantities report layer, basic data management layer and project cost estimation layer, on which the system software design is completed. The project cost is estimated by calculating the project quantity, generating the fuzzy rule base, retrieving the fuzzy rule base and estimating the model. The test results show that the estimation error of the system is 2.8%, which shows that the system designed in this paper can achieve efficient and accurate estimation of project cost.
