计算流体力学在充填料浆管道输送模拟分析的应用及研究发展方向 被引量:7

Application and Research Trend of Computational Fluid Dynamics in the Pipeline Transportation Simulation of Filling Slurry

摘要 充填料浆的管道输送作为矿山充填的重要环节,直接影响着充填系统的效率,亟需新的研究手段对浆体管道输送试验方法进行探究。结合计算流体力学(CFD)在充填料浆管道输送分析的应用,介绍了CFD技术的计算方法及流程;分析了近些年CFD在充填料浆流动特性、管道输送特性及管网参数优化等方面的研究现状及应用难点;认为目前CFD应用于膏体输送存在复杂管道输送系统建模和网格划分困难、无法进行料浆输送过程的微观机理研究、料浆输送参数选择困难等问题;对CFD应用于充填料浆输送模拟分析的研究发展趋势进行了探讨,认为提高计算精度和工业化应用将成为CFD在充填领域应用的主要研究方向。 The pipeline transportation of filling slurry is one of the most important processes in mining filling,which directly affects the efficiency of filling system.It is urgent to explore a new research method for slurry pipeline transportation.Combined with the application of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)in pipeline transportation of filling slurry,the calculation method and process of CFD technology were introduced.The research status and application difficulties of CFD in filling material flow characteristics,pipeline transportation characteristics and pipe network parameter optimization in recent years were analyzed.It is considered that there are some problems in the application of CFD to the simulation analysis of paste transportation,such as the difficulty in modeling and meshing of complex pipeline transportation system,unable to study the microscopic mechanism of slurry transportation process,and the difficulty in selecting slurry transportation parameters.Furthermore,the development trend of CFD application in simulation analysis of filling slurry transportation was discussed.It is believed that improving the calculation accuracy and industrial application will become the main research direction of CFD application in filling field.
