摘要
精细化管理是一种强调工作规范化和精益生产的管理模式。对饲料企业会计工作而言,精细化管理具有保障会计信息质量,提高会计工作效率,为决策控制提供信息支撑等作用。虽然精细化会计工作能降低饲料企业运营成本,提高饲料企业经济效益,但在具体应用环节还存在一些问题。因此,要针对问题提出应对策略,力求进一步发挥精细化管理作用,促进会计工作的高效开展,从而助力饲料企业的可持续发展。
Fine management is a management mode that emphasizes work standardization and lean production.For the accounting work of feed enterprises,refined management plays an important role in ensuring the quality of accounting information,improving the efficiency of accounting work,and providing information support for decision-making control.Although the refined accounting work can reduce the operating costs of feed enterprises and improve the economic benefits of feed enterprises,there are still some problems in the specific application links.Therefore,it is necessary to propose countermeasures against the problems,strive to further play the role of refined management,promote the efficient development of accounting,and thus help feed enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
