摘要
目的分析糖尿病临床诊断中采用常规检验和生化检验方法的临床价值。方法选取2021年4月—2022年3月福建医科大学附属口腔医院收治的50例糖尿病患者为研究对象,均实施全自动生化分析仪检验和快速血糖仪检验。根据检验方法分为A组(生化分析仪检验)和B组(快速血糖仪检测),比较两组阳性检出率、诊断效能。结果A组阳性检出率100.00%与B组96.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.764,P>0.05);A组诊断灵敏度100.00%高于B组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.792,P<0.05);A组诊断准确度100.00%高于B组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.792,P<0.05)。结论全自动生化分析仪检验方法具有较高的应用价值,诊断结果可靠性较高,可促进糖尿病精准诊断和科学治疗干预,临床价值显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of routine test and biochemical test in clinical diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Fujian Medical University from Apri l 2021 to March 2022 were selected.All were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter.According to the test method,the patients were divided into group A(tested by biochemical analyzer)and group B(tested by fast blood glucose meter).The positive detection rate and diagnostic efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The positive detection rate in group A was 100.00%compared with 96.00%in group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.764,P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of group A was 100.00%higher than that of group B 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.792,P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of group A was 100.00%higher than that of group B 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.792,P<0.05).Conclusion Automatic biochemical analyzer test method has high application value,high reliability of diagnostic results,can promote the accurate diagnosis of diabetes and scientific treatment intervention,clinical value is significant.
