概述中医药古籍对鳄鱼的论述,介绍鳄鱼的营养成分、药理作用研究、药膳食疗应用、产品开发利用,充分研究鳄鱼的食用及药用价值对养殖鳄鱼市场发展的重要意义。
This paper summarized the discussion of crocodiles in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,and introduced the nutritional composition,pharmacological action research,medicinal diet and dietotherapy application,product development and utilization of crocodiles,Sufficient studies in the edible and medicinal value provided references for the further developments of farmed crocodile market.
