摘要
讨论依据标准NY/T 2272-2012运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定土壤调理剂中硅含量时影响不确定度的各个因素来源。萃取制备样液,并建立校准体系;由等离子体发射光谱仪进行校准,绘制工作曲线,测定试样,通过计算得到硅元素的质量分数;对样品称量、样液体积、标准溶液的配制与标准曲线拟合、重复性变化及回收率测定等分量进行不确定度的评定,计算得出ICP法测定土壤调理剂硅含量合成不确定度为0.042%,扩展不确定度U为0.018%。引入的不确定度因素对整体土壤调理剂中硅含量的测定结果影响最大,为ICP-OES法测量土壤调理剂的实验室质量控制和不确定度评定提供了参考。
According to standard NY/T 2272-2012,the sources of various factors influencing the uncertainty in the determination of silicon content in soil conditioner by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer were discussed.The sample liquid was prepared by extraction,and the calibration system was established;the plasma emission spectrometer was calibrated by caleulation,the working curve was drawn,the sample was measured,and the mass fraction of silicon element was calculated by calculation;the uncertainty of sample weighing,sample liquid volume,preparation of standard solution and standard curve fitting,repeatability change and recovery determination were evaluated,it is calculated that the synthetic uncertainty of the determination of silicon content in soil conditioner by ICP method was 0.042%,and the expanded uncertainty U was 0.018%.The introduced uncertainty factors had the greatest influence on the determination results of silicon content in the overall soil conditioner,which it provides a reference for laboratory quality control and uncertainty evaluation of soil conditioner measurement by ICP-OES method.
