摘要
柴胡为中医临床常用药,主产于湖北、四川等地。现代研究其化学成分主要有三萜皂苷类、挥发油类、黄酮类、多糖等成分,具有解热、抗炎、抗肝损伤、抗肿瘤等药理作用。查阅近6年文献研究,基于柴胡化学成分、药理作用,开展了柴胡品种鉴定、传统功效、药对配伍、不同炮制方法对含量变化、化学成分Q-marker预测分析,建立柴胡药材及其制剂质量标准提供参考。
Chinese thorowax root is commonly used in clinical medicine,mainly produced in Hubei,Sichuan and other places.Modern studies on its chemical components mainly triterpene saponins,volatile oils,flavonoids,polysaccharides and other components,with antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,anti-liver injury,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects.Based on the chemical composition and pharmacological action of Bupleurum Chinense DC.,the variety identification,the traditional efficacy,the compatibility of drug pairs and the prediction analysis of chemical composition Q-marker with different processing methods were carried out,to establish the quality standard of Radix Bupleuri and its preparations for reference.
