摘要
目的 探讨脑梗死后抑郁与血清皮质醇(Cor)、白细胞介素17、18(IL-17、IL-18)水平的关系。方法 本研究对象为我院2019年9月~2021年9月100例脑梗死患者,根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)调查情况设为抑郁组与非抑郁组,纳入50例年龄、性别匹配的体检人员为对照组。比较3组血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平,将抑郁组根据HAMD量表设为轻度、中度、重度组,比较3组血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平以及美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,分析血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平、NIHSS评分与HAMD评分的相关性。结果 抑郁组血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平显著高于非抑郁组与对照组,非抑郁组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平、NIHSS评分显著高于中度组,中度组显著高于轻度组(P<0.05);脑梗死后抑郁患者血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平、NIHSS评分与HAMD评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死后抑郁患者血清Cor、IL-17、IL-18水平表达上升,对抑郁的发生及严重程度相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between depression and serum cortisol(Cor),interleukin 17,18(IL-17,IL-18)levels in cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The depression group and the non-depression group were divided into two groups according to the survey of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).50 age-and gender-matched medical examiners were included as the control group.The depression group was divided into mild,moderate and severe groups according to the HAMD scale.The serum levels of Cor,IL-17,IL-18 and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores among the three groups were compared.The correlation of serum Cor,IL-17,IL-18 levels,NIHSS score and HAMD score were explored.Results Serum levels of Cor,IL-17,IL-18 and HAMD score in depression group were significantly higher than those in non-depression group and control group,and non-depression group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of Cor,IL-17,IL-18 and NIHSS score in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate group,and the moderate group was significantly higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Serum Cor,IL-17,IL-18 levels,NIHSS score and HAMD score were positively correlated in patients with depression after cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of Cor,IL-17 and IL-18 increased in depressed patients after cerebral infarction,which have relationship with the occurrence and severity of depression.
