摘要
电缆阻燃包带包括有机阻燃包带和无机阻燃包带,用于绕包在各类单根电缆外层,一旦火焰接触就迅速发生一系列应激变化,防止或延缓火焰深度危及电缆。不同材质包带和阻燃效果均有差异,为对比国内外阻燃包带的性能,将通过锥形量热仪试验、差示扫描量热试验(DSC)、热失重试验(TGA)及拉伸试验分析国内无机阻燃包带与国外有机阻燃包带的性能差异。对比结果显示,无机阻燃包带的防火阻燃性能优于有机阻燃包带,但是断裂伸长率要远低于有机阻燃包带,因此需从相应的产品标准制订和施工方法等方面给予考虑和调整,以利于高性能新产品电缆防火带材的开发、推广和应用。
Cable flame retardant tape includes organic flame retardant tape and inorganic flame retardant tape,which are used to wrap the outer layer of various single cables.Once the flame contacts,a series of stress changes will occur quickly to prevent or delay the flame depth from endangering the cable.Different material tapes and flame retardant effects are different.In order to compare the performance of flame retardant tapes at home and abroad,the performance difference between domestic inorganic flame retardant tapes and foreign organic flame retardant tapes are analyzed through cone calorimeter test,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)test and tensile test.The comparison results show that the fire retardant performance of inorganic flame retardant tape is better than that of organic flame retardant tape,but the elongation at break is much lower than that of organic flame retardant tape.Therefore,it is necessary to consider and adjust the formulation of corresponding product standards and construction methods,so as to facilitate the development,promotion and application of new high-performance cable fire-resistant tapes.
