深部开采工作面顶板事故发生机理及控制技术探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着煤炭资源不断开采与利用,国内大部分煤矿已经进入到深部开采阶段,深部高地应力、岩性条件、断层活化等造成了采场顶板事故频发,严重威胁井下人员生命安全。保证采场围岩稳定性,是矿井安全、高效回采的前提。但深部采场顶板冒落机理复杂,影响因素多,若缺乏对其冒落机理与控顶技术的掌握,会对工作面回采带来严重危害。基于此,通过介绍深部采场顶板事故的相关情况,分析采场顶板事故发生机理和影响采场顶板事故的主要因素,阐述深部采场冒顶前出现的预兆,并针对事故发生的实际情况,提出了治理采场顶板事故的应对措施。 With the continuous exploitation and utilization of coal resources, most coal mines at home and abroad have entered the stage of deep mining. The occurrence of deep high ground stress and the tendency of high rock burst have caused the frequency of roof accidents in stopes to increase constantly, which seriously threatens the life safety of underground personnel. Ensuring the stability of stope is the premise of safe and efficient mining. However, the mechanism of roof caving in deep stope is complex and there are many influencing factors. If we lack the mastery of roof caving mechanism and roof control technology in deep stope, it will bring serious harm to coal mining in working face.Therefore, this paper introduces the relevant situation of roof accidents in deep stopes, analyzes and studies the mechanism of roof accidents and the main factors affecting roof accidents in deep stopes, expounds the omens before roof caving in deep stopes, and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with roof accidents in deep stopes according to the actual situation of accidents, which provides a certain reference for safe mining in working faces.
