摘要
综述了3D打印用光敏树脂研究进展及其在装饰性雕塑中的应用。使用环氧丙烯酸酯制备光敏树脂过程中,添加1.0%(w)的膨胀微球和0.1%(w)的聚醚多元醇可以提高光固化后树脂的强度和韧性。使用异佛尔酮二胺改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯合成光敏树脂的过程中,添加异氰酸酯表面改性纳米SiO_(2)得到的光敏树脂黏度适中。利用异氰酸酯封端中间产物与丙烯酸羟乙酯合成的含有亚胺基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,可以制备具有自修复性能的聚氨酯光敏树脂。
The research progress of photosensitive resin for three dimensional printing is reviewed as well as its application in decorative sculpture.The strength and toughness of the resin prepared with epoxy acrylate resin are improved after photocuring by adding swelling microspheres and polyether polyol whose mass fraction are 1.0%and 0.1%respectively.The viscosity of photosensitive resin prepared with isophorone diamine modified polyurethane acrylate is moderate by adding isocyanate surface-modified nano silicon dioxide.Polyurethane acrylate containing imino prepolymer synthesized by isocyanate end-capping intermediate product and hydroxyethyl acrylate can be used to prepare polyurethane photosensitive resin that can be self repaired.
