摘要
借助群体动力学理论分析教师群体网络学习的有效策略。剖析了群体动力学与教师网络学习共同体的内在关系;以群体动力理论为基础设计调查问卷,采用探索性因子分析构建了教师网络学习共同体模型,并分析了共同体实施效果的关键影响因素;最后,从目标驱动力、群体凝聚力、技术支撑力和学习持续力四个方面,提出了促进教师网络学习共同体发展的具体策略。
Based on the theory of group dynamics,this paper studies the effective strategies to promote teachers’group e-learning.It analyzes the internal relationship between group dynamics and teachers’e-learning community,designs a questionnaire based on group dynamics theory,constructs a model of teachers’e-learning community by using exploratory factor analysis,and analyzes the key factors affecting the implementation effect of the community;finally,the concrete strategies of promoting the development of teachers’e-learning community from four aspects:goal-driving force,group-gathering force,technology-supporting force and learning-sustaining force.
