摘要
移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是在异基因造血干细胞移植后发生的一种免疫性疾病,致死率较高,目前治疗方式存在不足,需要新的治疗方案和靶点改进GVHD的治疗效果。免疫细胞分泌的外泌体具有免疫调节作用使其备受关注,能够传递信息从而调节免疫应答。miRNA由于其独特的生物学特性,可能作为各种疾病的生物标志物,且包含在外泌体的脂质双层囊泡结构中使其更为稳定,作为GVHD的生物标志物具有良好研究前景。本文就来自不同免疫细胞及间充质干细胞(MSC)的外泌体在GVHD中的作用进行综述,并总结目前研究中GVHD来自血液及外泌体的miRNA标志物,提示外泌体来源miRNA作为生物标志物具有广阔前景。
Graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)is an immune disease that occurs after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,with a high fatality rate.There are still some deficiencies in current treatment,and new treatment options and targets are needed to improve treatment effect of GVHD.Immunomodulatory effect of exosomes secreted by immune cells has attracted much attention,and can transmit information to regulate immune response.Due to its characteristics,miRNA may be used as a biomarker for various diseases,and it is more stable in lipid bilayer vesicle structure of exosomes,so it has a great research prospect as a biomarker of GVHD.This review will discuss role of exosomes secreted from different immune cells including mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)in GVHD,and summarize miRNA markers in blood and exosomes in current study of GVHD,which suggests that miRNAs from exosomes have broad prospects as biomarkers.
