摘要 针对某国六柴油机,采用进排气海拔模拟系统,开展不同海拔条件下柴油机WHTC/WHSC测试循环的试验研究,系统分析不同海拔高度对国六柴油机关键污染物排放的影响,研究柴油机WHTC/WHSC测试循环的异同。结果表明:随海拔升高,发动机循环功降低,且海拔越高,循环功较平原的降幅越大,4000 m海拔,降幅分别为21.1%、16.8%;柴油机关键污染物排放整体呈现增加趋势,其中CO与THC排放先减小后增加,主要与缸内氧含量及混合气均匀度有关;不同海拔下,WHTC/WHSC测试循环对CO、NOx、THC排放的检测能力差异性较小。 The WHTC/WHSC test cycle of a national No.6 diesel engine was studied by using the intake and exhaust altitude simulation system at different altitudes.The influence of different altitudes on the emission of key pollutants of the National No.6 diesel engine was systematically analyzed,and the similarities and differences of WHTC/WHSC test cycle of the diesel engine were studied.The results show that the cycle work of engine decreases with the increase of altitude,and the decrease of cycle work is greater with the increase of altitude than that of plain.The decrease of cycle work at 4000 m altitude is 21.1%and 16.8%,respectively.The emission of key pollutants of diesel engine showed an overall increasing trend,among which the emission of CO and THC decreased first and then increased,which was mainly related to the oxygen content in the cylinder and the mixture uniformity.At different altitudes,the detection ability of CO,NOx and THC emission by WHTC/WHSC test cycle has little difference.
