摘要
利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对不同速度的水射流冲击销毁简易爆炸装置进行了仿真研究,通过压力、反应度等参数分析了炸药的安全性,讨论了简易爆炸装置在水射流作用下的起爆机理;通过冲击位置、孔径、失效单元数等参数分析了销毁过程的有效性。结果表明,炸药与壳体摩擦产生高压区域是导致简易爆炸装置发生爆炸的主要原因;安全销毁简易爆炸装置的水射流速度应小于800 m/s。
LS-DYNA finite element software is used to simulate the destruction of improvised explosive devices by water jet impinging at different velocities.The safety of the explosives is analyzed through parameters such as pressure and reactivity,and the initiation mechanism of the improvised explosive devices under the action of water jet is discussed.The effectiveness of the destruction process is analyzed through parameters like impact location,aperture diameter and number of failure units.The results show that the high-pressure area caused by the friction between the explosives and the shell is the main cause of explosion.The water jet velocity for a safe destruction of the improvised explosive devices should be less than 800 m/s.
