摘要
针对设备开发中应用PID控制算法难以满足复杂多变场合控制性能指标要求的情况,首先研究并制定应用模糊控制进行PID参数自整定的规则,以电动伺服试验系统为控制对象,结合一定的数学模型在Matlab/Simulink环境中进行控制仿真和分析,然后选用Leetro EtherCAT型I5控制器基于IEC61131-3标准开发下位机实时控制软件,选用笔记本电脑作为上位机开发人机交互软件,根据QC-T 740乘用车座椅总成相关要求进行座椅靠背骨架总成刚度试验台的设计,最后进行测试使用,结果表明系统具有响应速度快和控制精度高等特点。
In view of the fact that the application of PID control algorithm in equipment development is difficult to meet the requirements of control performance indicators in complex and changeable occasions, firstly, we study and formulate the rules of PID parameter self-tuning using fuzzy control, take the electric servo test system as the control object, and carry out control simulation and analysis in Matlab/Simulink environment combined with a certain mathematical model, Then the leetro EtherCAT i5 controller is selected to develop the real-time control software of the lower computer based on IEC61131-3 standard, and the notebook computer is selected as the upper computer to develop the human-computer interaction software. The stiffness test-bed of the seat back frame assembly is designed according to the relevant requirements of qc-t 740 passenger car seat assembly. Finally, it is tested and used. The results show that the system has the control response speed block High control precision and strong robustness.
