摘要
战略性关键矿产资源关乎国家经济安全、国防安全和战略性新兴产业发展,必须加强其开发利用治理,全面提高资源利用效率。区块链作为一种新型互联网技术,契合战略性矿产资源高效利用的需要,在资源追溯、产业链供应链优化、生态治理及监管服务等方面具有广泛发展空间。在分析区块链赋能机理的基础上,探索区块链赋能战略性关键矿产资源高效利用重点应用,讨论区块链赋能应用面临的风险挑战以及必要的应对措施。
As strategic and critical mineral resources are vital to the economic security,defense security and the development of strategic emerging industries of a country,we must strengthen the management of their development and utilization to comprehensively improve the efficiency of their resource utilization.Blockchain,as a new Internet technology,meets the needs of efficient utilization of strategic mineral resources,and has extensive development space in resource tracing,optimization of industrial chain and supply chain,ecological governance and supervision services.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of block chain enablement,this paper explores the key applications of blockchain empowerment in the efficient utilization of strategic and critical mineral resources,and discusses the risks,challenges and necessary countermeasures faced by the application of blockchain empowerment.
