摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平逐渐提高,社会对建筑行业的要求与日俱增。与此同时,在新时代背景下,科学技术水平快速进步使得工程建筑规模逐渐扩大。因而,人们对建筑工程的质量要求愈加严格,建筑工程企业必须结合自身实际情况,加强工程项目整体质量水平管理,加大工程进度管理力度,保证建筑工程的质量和效率。基于此,本文就建筑工程管理中进度管理进行详细研究和分析,阐明了进度管理对建筑工程的重要意义,分析了影响建筑工程进度管理的因素,总结了建筑工程管理中进度管理的方法和策略,从而提高企业的经济效益,全面促进建筑企业的健康可持续发展。
With the development of social economy,people's living standards are gradually improving,and the requirements for the construction industry are increasing day by day.At the same time,in the context of the new era,the rapid progress of science and technology has gradually expanded the scale of engineering buildings.As a result,people have increasingly strict requirements on the quality of construction projects.Construction enterprises must combine their own actual conditions,strengthen the overall quality level management of projects,increase the management of project progress,and ensure the quality and efficiency of construction projects.Based on this,this paper conducts a detailed study and analysis on the progress management in the construction project management,clarifies the significance of progress management to the construction project,analyzes the factors affecting the construction project management,summarizes the methods and strategies of progress management in the construction project management,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and comprehensively promote the healthy and sustainable development of construction enterprises.
