摘要
目的探讨痔疮手术患者采用中药熏洗坐浴干预对术后疼痛、水肿及创面愈合情况的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年2月我院收治的痔疮手术患者共计80例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予中药熏洗坐浴干预,对比两组临床疗效、术后疼痛、水肿、创面愈合情况。结果观察组较对照组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05),术后疼痛、水肿及创面愈合情况更优(P<0.05),并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分下降(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗坐浴应用于痔疮手术患者,可提高临床疗效,改善术后疼痛、水肿及创面愈合情况,减少并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation and sitz bath with Chinese herbal medicines on postoperative pain,edema,and wound healing in the patients with hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoid surgery in Suining TCM Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected and assigned into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)by the random touch ball method.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received fumigation and sitz bath with Chinese herbal medicines.The clinical efficacy and postoperative pain,edema,and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group outperformed the control group in alleviating postoperative pain and edema and promoting wound healing(P<0.05),and the occurrence rate of complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The treatment in both groups decreased the visual analogue scale(VAS)score(P<0.05),and the observation group had lower VAS score than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The fumigation and sitz bath with Chinese herbal medicines can improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate postoperative pain and edema,promote wound healing,and reduce the occurrence of complications in the patients with hemorrhoid surgery.
