摘要
从数字平台治理的可访问性设计视角,开发并测试数字平台利基创造力理论模型,解释利基创造力的前因和结果。前因变量为平台开放和平台激励,结果变量为平台绩效。同时,对国内252个交易型数字平台的问卷调查数据进行实证检验。结果表明,不仅平台开放和平台激励对利基创造力存在积极影响,利基创造力对平台绩效也具有积极影响。
Digital platform niche creation is the ability of a digital platform to increase meaningful diversity by creating new and valuable products and services. From the accessibility design perspective of digital platform governance, a theoretical model on digital platform niche creation is developed and tested. Two antecedent variables are platform openness and platform incentives, and one outcome variable is platform performance. The hypotheses were tested using survey data from 252 domestic transactional digital platforms in China, and partial least squares analysis-structural equation modeling(PLS-SEM) was used for analysis. The findings show that not only platform openness and platform incentives have a positive impact on niche creation, but niche creation also has a positive impact on platform performance.
