摘要
竖轴柴油机在运转过程中,因其自身结构问题比横轴柴油机箱体窜气量更大,若不及时处理,容易引发事故。针对上述问题,开展了如何减小箱体窜气量以及窜气量大对竖轴柴油机性能影响的研究。首先,分析了箱体窜气量大对柴油机性能的不利影响以及采用呼吸器对减小窜气量的解决办法;其次,对采用开式、闭式呼吸器与电子呼吸器的竖轴柴油机进行了对比试验,并通过监测废气压力、机油消耗量、负荷、功率、机油压力、机油温度、排温等性能参数对其进行对比分析研究,试验结果表明,采用电子呼吸器的竖轴柴油机减小了箱体窜气量,优化了竖轴柴油机润滑系统,改善了整机性能;最后,通过竖轴柴油机整机试验验证了所提结论的正确性、合理性。
It was easy to cause accident because the vertical shaft diesel engine with itself structural issue had high box gas channeling more than that of horizontal shaft diesel engine during operation if it was not handled in time. Aimed at the above problem, it was research about how to reduce the effect of box gas channeling and gas channeling on the vertical shaft diesel engine performance. Firstly, we analyzed adverse effect of box gas channeling on diesel engine performance and the solution of respirator on reducing quantity of gas channeling. Then, the vertical shaft diesel engine with the open respirator, the close respirator and the electronic respirator were done with contrast test, and the performance parameter was analyzed contrastively including detecting exhaust gas pressure, engine oil consumption, load, power, engine oil pressure, engine oil temperature and discharging temperature. Test results showed that the vertical shaft diesel engine with electronic respirator reduced box gas channeling, optimized lubrication system of the vertical shaft diesel engine, and improved the complete machine performance. Lastly, we verified the correctness and rationality of the whole conclusion through test of the complete machine performance.
