摘要
目的采用数据挖掘方法探讨中药熏洗促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的用药规律。方法收集中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2021年收录的中药熏洗促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床随机对照文献,构建数据库;统计药物使用频次、性味归经、功效类别,并对药物进行关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果共筛选出有效处方185首,涉及中药140味,使用频次前10味中药分别为黄柏、苦参、芒硝、蒲公英、五倍子、金银花、大黄、赤芍、苍术和白矾;药性以寒、温为主,药味以苦、辛为主,归经以肝经、胃经为主;关联规则分析发现高频核心药对组合为苦参-黄柏,3味药组合为苦参-蒲公英-黄柏,4味药组合为五倍子-蒲公英-苦参-黄柏;聚类分析发现3组具有关联性的药物组合;高频药物复杂网络分析表明,黄柏、苦参、蒲公英、大黄、芒硝、赤芍、金银花、苍术、黄芩等药物在治疗中发挥重要作用。结论中药熏洗促进肛瘘术后创面愈合多以清热燥湿、活血祛瘀为治法遣方用药,可供临床参考。
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM fumigating and washing to promote wound healing after anal fistula using data mining methods.Methods The clinical randomized controlled trials of TCM fumigating and washing to promote wound healing after anal fistula was collected from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM from the establishment of the databases to 2021 to construct the database.The frequency of drug use,properties and tastes and meridians,and efficacy categories were counted.Association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were performed for drugs.Results A total of 185 effective prescriptions were screened out,involving 140 types of Chinese materia medica,and the top 10 types of high-frequency Chinese materia medica were Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,Natrii Sulfas,Taraxaci Herba,Galla Chinensis,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Astrctylodis Rhizoma,and Alumen;the medicinal properties were mainly cold and warm,and the medicinal tastes was mainly bitter and spicy;the meridians were mainly liver meridian and stomach meridian;and the correlation rule analysis found that the high-frequency core medicine pairs were Sophorae Flavescentis Radix-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,the combination of 3 types of Chinese materia medica was Sophorae Flavescentis Radix-Taraxaci Herba-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,and the combination of 4 types of Chinese materia medica was Galla Chinensis-Taraxaci Herba-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex.The results of cluster analysis showed that three groups of drug combinations with correlation were found,and the complex network analysis of high-frequency Chinese materia medica showed that Chinese materia medica such as Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,Taraxaci Herba,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Natrii Sulfas,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Astrctylodis Rhizoma,and Scutellariae Radix played an important role in treatment.Conclusion TCM fumigating and washing to promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery is mostly used the treatment methods of clearing heat,reducing dryness and dissipating dampness,activating blood circulation and reducing stasis,which can be used as a clinical reference.
