秦巴山区20份野生美味猕猴桃果实品质分析与综合评价 被引量:4

Quality Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of 20 Wild Kiwi Fruit in Qinba Mountains

摘要 为了解野生美味猕猴桃种质资源多样性,构建猕猴桃品质评价体系,对秦巴山区20份野生美味猕猴桃果实的单果质量、可溶性固形物、维生素C、可滴定酸、糖酸比和干物质含量等指标进行测定,并利用SPSS软件进行变异性、相关性、主成分和聚类分析评价。结果表明,6个品质性状差异明显,变异系数为6.95%~50.61%,以糖酸比的变异幅度最大,达到50.61%,单果质量的变异幅度最小,为6.95%;相关性分析结果表明,糖酸比和可滴定酸含量(相关系数r=-0.856)呈极显著负相关,证明猕猴桃风味的形成与酸度密切相关,而维生素C含量和可溶性固形物(r=0.477)、可滴定酸(r=0.543)含量均呈显著正相关,即这3种成分有同步上升或下降的趋势。主成分分析和聚类结果表明,20份材料可以分为3个类群,其中第Ⅰ类可以作为加工资源,第Ⅱ类作为鲜食资源,第Ⅲ类可作为果实大,可食率较大的资源,而类群Ⅰ和Ⅲ中的pl17-06、ns17-02、pl17-07、pl17-03和lg17-01综合性状表现最好。猕猴桃果实品质性状间具有一定相关性,需要根据育种目的进行综合考虑,同时,采集的20份材料中,pl17-07、ns17-02和pl17-06可以作为新品种选育或亲本材料。 In order to understand the diversity of wild kiwifruit germplasm resources,a quality evaluation system for kiwifruit was constructed.In this study,the indexes such as the individual fruit mass,soluble solids,vitamin C,titratable acid,sugar-to-acid ratio and dry matter in 20 wild kiwifruit fruits from the Qinba Mountains were determined,the SPSS software was used to evaluate the variability and correlation,principal component and cluster analysis.The results showed that the six quality traits were significantly different,with the coefficient of variation from 6.95%to 50.61%.The sugar-acid ratio had the largest variation,reaching 50.61%,and the single fruit weight had the smallest variation,being 6.95%.The results of correlation analysis showed that the ratio of sugar to acid and the content of titratable acid(correlation coefficient r=-0.856)had extremely significant negative correlation which proved that the formation of kiwifruit flavor had close relation to acidity,while the content of vitamin c and soluble solids(r=0.477)had significantly positive correlation.with the content of titrated acid(r=0.543).The three components had a trend of rising or falling simultaneously.Principal component analysis and clustering results showed that 20 materials could be divided into 3 groups,among which the first type could be used as processing resources,the second type could be used as fresh food resources,and the third type could be used as a large fruit with a higher edible rate.While the pl17-06,ns17-02,pl17-07,pl17-03 and lg17-01 in groups I andⅢshowed the best comprehensive traits.There is a certain correlation among kiwi fruit quality traits,which should be considered comprehensively according to the breeding purpose.At the same time,pl17-07,ns17-02 and pl17-06 collected in this study can be used as new varieties or parent materials.
