摘要
21世纪初,叶澜等人站在探讨教师自身内在发展规律的研究角度首次提出了“自我更新取向”的教师专业阶段性发展理论,并将该理论划分为“非关注”阶段、“虚拟关注”阶段、“生存关注”阶段、“任务关注”阶段与“自我更新关注”阶段。当前,乡村教师专业发展总体处于“生存关注”和“任务关注”阶段,忽视内在专业自觉的树立。文章以乡土文化为中介,重点论述乡土文化在提高乡村教师专业认知、专业能力、人际关系、专业理想与专业自我等方面具有的内在独特意义和特殊价值,提出支持乡村教师在乡土文化教育实践中突破关键问题和关键情景、提高乡村教师对乡土化专业发展的主观诉求与给予外部支持系统的保障、利用现代技术促发展的措施,助推乡村教师实现从“生存关注”阶段向“任务关注”阶段、“自我更新关注”阶段的跨越。
At the turn of this century,Ye Lan and others put forward the theory of teacher professional phased development with the orientation of"self renewal"for the first time from the perspective of exploring the internal development law of teachers themselves,and divided the theory into"non concern"stage,"virtual concern"stage,"survival concern"stage,"task concern"stage and"self renewal concern"stage.At present,the professional development of rural teachers is generally at the stage of"survival concern"and"task concern",ignoring the establishment of internal professional consciousness.By introducing local culture as the intermediary,this paper focuses on the internal unique significance and special value of local culture in improving rural teachers’professional cognition,professional ability,interpersonal relationship,professional ideal and professional self,and puts forward to support rural teachers to break through key problems and scenarios in the practice of local culture education,improve rural teachers’subjective demands for local professional development and provide external support systems,the use of modern technology to promote development measures will help rural teachers to achieve cross domain from the"survival concern"stage to the"task concern"stage to the"self-renewal concern"stage.
